Office Policy

Our Practice

Our goal is to provide personal and quality dental care to all patients. Our dental office is committed to provide you with all aspects of general dentistry within our scope of practice. This includes comprehensive exams (check-ups), hygiene (cleanings), root canals, preventative and restorative dentistry for children and adults, and surgery (simple extractions). Our dental team will be pleased to address your dental questions and needs once a treatment plan is initiated.

Appointments

Appointments are made with the expectation that you would honor your reserved appointment time. However, if any appointment changes are required, please advise our office as soon as possible (preferably 48 hour notice) to re-schedule.

Financial Arrangements

Our office accepts cash, cheque, debit, Visa, and Mastercard as payment. All patients are responsible for full payment of our dental services when rendered. Our office will submit to your insurance company but any balance that is not covered is your responsibility. If you require any assistance with your payment, please make financial arrangements with our administrative team prior to any extensive treatment. A charge will be applied for all NSF cheques as well as 1% service charge per month on all overdue balances.
